Soakaway and well
The walls of the seepage and well rings are made of porous concrete.
A specific grain composition of hard rock chippings and hydraulic binder gives the wells their porous structure (heap porosity), which ensures high water permeability.
The infiltration shaft releases the supplied water laminar to the ground through the porous wall. The technical principles for shaft infiltration are contained in the ATV-DVWK-A 138 worksheet.
Wells are used to collect water.
Inspection chamber
In the standard version of the inspection chamber base, the inlet and outlet are supplied as a straight passage for concrete filter pipes DN 100 to 150 mm.
Angled sections or lateral inlets are manufactured in the manhole base or manhole ring to order (see sheet P.3.1.2.).
The base is also available as a pump sump (base without opening).
