For railroad line drainage – the alternative to plastic pipes

Porosit-Betonwerke GmbH

System description half shell

In addition to creating the edge path, the drainage infiltration system guarantees a permanently good track system. With its half shells, the system absorbs the incoming water and infiltrates it or directs it to water-permeable soils.

Economical alternative to deep drainage

30% cost savings possible

– No need for inspection chambers and drainage to the receiving water
– Minimal soil excavation for the infiltration trench
– Minimal backfilling with filter material
– Simple installation with installation clamp (clamp free of charge, on loan)
– Creation of an edge path
– Simple inspection of the system
– Low maintenance costs
– No damage to low-lying pipes
– No EBA approval required

System description cable duct on half shell

If space is tight around the edges, infiltration pipes and cable ducts cannot be laid in parallel.
To save space, the cable duct can be laid directly on the half shells.

Space and cost savings by relocating the dual system

– Installation takes place in a short time (piggyback system – no additional pipe required)
– Avoidance of muddy spots
– Simplified inspection
– Use of the side path possible
